Disclaimer
Scioto publishes an Ohio cut of SAMHSA FindTreatment.gov so a reader can see names, streets, setting tags, and print phones in one place. The orange number on this host belongs to the people who built the table. It is not an OhioMHAS switchboard, not a Medicaid enrollment desk, and not a promise that a listed program still has a chair this week.
Nothing here is an evaluation, a diagnosis, or a level-of-care decision. ASAM placement, withdrawal risk, and medication for alcohol use disorder stay with a licensed clinician. If tremor, vomiting, or a prior seizure is in the last two days, that is an emergency room question, not a directory question.
Facility phones in the tables are printed the way the locator stored them. They are not tap-to-call links. Payer tags (Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, cash) are what the program told the survey. Confirm the card and the OhioMHAS certification before you drive. Scioto does not bill insurance and does not take a deposit.
Counts in titles are our row counts on this extract - 388 Ohio rows across 156 cities - not a marketing census and not the state's licensed-bed inventory. A city with five locator pins can still have more OhioMHAS-certified sites that never answered the survey.
In a crisis call 988 or the Ohio CareLine at 1-800-720-9616. Text 4HOPE to 741741. Those lines are staffed for distress. Scioto is not. Questions about this page: [email protected].
